Additional terms and conditions may be applied on certain items where necessary. You must have all lighting, power tools and electrical items professionally safety inspected prior to use, for your own safety. Clarkson Auctions & Movers Inc. is not liable for any accident, incident or mishap related to use of items sold in auction. Regardless of opinions expressed by owners and staff of Clarkson Auctions and Movers Inc., it is your responsibility as a bidder to determine condition, authenticity and value of the merchandise before bidding on an item. By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the item in person and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition, authenticity and value. You will be issued a receipt. All items must be picked up during the posted times advertised. If you purchase heavy items, please bring people who can load your items in to your vehicle. The viewing and pickup property, proprietors or staff are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident or mishap to anyone attending any auction grounds. Delivery is available to you by us, please call for price (price depends on drop off location). Shipping is also available to you via Canada Post for small items. Bidder pays Canada Posts shipping fees plus $15 packaging / handling fee per box. Shipping for high end or heavy items (including artwork) will include extra shipping and handling costs. This will be based on the shipping courier hired for transporting such high end or heavy items.
