By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the item in person and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition, authenticity and value. You will be issued a receipt. All items must be picked up during the posted times advertised. If you purchase heavy items, please bring people who can load your items in to your vehicle. The viewing and pickup property, proprietors or staff are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident or mishap to anyone attending any auction grounds. Delivery is available to you by us, please call for price (price depends on drop off location). Shipping is also available to you via Canada Post for small items. Bidder pays Canada Posts shipping fees plus $15 packaging / handling fee per box. Shipping for high end or heavy items (including artwork) will include extra shipping and handling costs. Items must be picked up on Saturday September 26th 2020 between 9am-3pm at 5417 Bethesda Road, Stouffville Ontario. L4A 3A5.
